Information for EU customers!
Due to new European Union rules, all EU-based customers may have to pay VAT to their country's postal service prior to receiving their order. This is already a common procedure, however, the rules now also affect parcels under 22 euros.
When will the next product be announced/released?
Our goal is to release new sets of products every couple of months! Any new products will be announced via our Instagram, Twitter or the announcement banner on my website! So be sure to check them out!
What happens if a product runs out of stock?
Sadly, for the foreseeable future, we don't expect to re-release any of the pin sets unless there is an extreme demand for them.
How often do you hold sales?
Whenever a new set of products is released, certain older products will be sold at a discounted price for a limited time. Additionally, we hold sales during certain holidays and special occasions (e.g. Black Friday).
If you're wondering when the next sale might be, make sure to keep up to date with our social media accounts or message us directly at dannichuudesigns@gmail.com and we'd be happy to inform you!
Under what circumstances am I eligible for a refund?
If your product shows significant damage on arrival, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
A) The refund request must be within 14 days of receiving the product.
B) The product is unused and in the same condition it was received.
If you meet these conditions, you may contact us at dannichuudesigns@gmail.com and provide us with your order number and an image showing the damage and we will be able to guide you further.
Please note that any pin labelled as 'seconds' will not be eligible for a refund.
